Jamie Robson
Jamie Robson shares his unique method of meditation that he describes as The Natural Way. Most notably, it is performed standing, walking and moving. The process is a cessation of effort which allows one to recognise what’s already here and now. It is inspired by his thirty years of research into the perennial principle that resides at the heart of all the world’s great spiritual and wisdom traditions.
With three decades of experience, Jamie is an authority on holistic practices. His knowledge encompasses key developmental pillars such as breath regulation, somatic harmony, postural mechanics and human movement; as well as disciplines of energetic refinement, spiritual cultivation and metaphysical philosophy. He studied these modalities worldwide from the jungles of Borneo to the mountains of Nicaragua, before sharing his distillation internationally.
Robson’s protocol pairs simplicity with profundity; unified by a through-line that encompasses historical and contemporary influences. Perhaps most importantly, his material follows naturally occurring processes that are commonly overlooked. The resulting method facilitates a cohesive and embodied recognition of our original nature.
Jamie has spoken at prestigious institutions including NICA in Australia, Fabrica in Italy, Montaña Azul in Costa Rica and Somerset House in London. His clients have ranged from government bodies to philanthropic organisations, from professional athletes to intelligence personnel. He continues to speak and write regularly about these matters, both publicly and privately.
